Dr. Tarun Walia did his Masters in Paediatric Dentistry (MDS) in 1997 from prestigious Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, INDIA. After senior residency in the same institute, he moved to Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

He acquired Membership in Paediatric Dentistry from Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2003. Presently, he works as a Program Director and Associate Professor, Unit of Paediatric Dentistry in department of Growth & Development, College of Dentistry, Ajman University, Ajman, UAE. He also maintains an active and exclusive paediatric dental practice in Dubai, UAE since 2001.

He is a founder member of Emirates Paediatric Dental Club (EPDC) and has keen interest in areas of esthetics in primary dentition and early childhood caries. He is involved in organizing and delivering lectures and hands on courses in the field of paediatric dentistry.
