Name Badges

Badges will be distributed at the registration desk.
Participants without badges will not be admitted to any meeting related activities.

Lunches and Coffee Breaks

Coffee and light lunch will be served in the Exhibition Area.

Certificate of Attendance

A certificate of attendance will be provided to all registered attendants upon request after the Symposium.

Getting to the Venue

By Train:
From the airport train station (just below the airport terminal) take an ÖBB regional train or S7 (regional line) to Wien Mitte (about 19-25 min, €3-6). You can also take the City Airport Train (CAT) to Wien Mitte (about 16 min, €11).
At Wien Mitte you can either walk about 12 min to the hotel, take a short taxi ride or transfer to Metro U3 (orange line) toward Ottakring. ride U3 two stops to Stubentor and walk about 6 min to the hotel.
By Bus:
Buses run from the airport to central stops like Morzinplatz/Schwedenplatz (about 22–30 min, €4–6).
From Schwedenplatz, you can transfer to Metro U3 (to Stubentor) and walk about 6 min to the hotel.
By Taxi:
Taxis are available outside the arrivals hall. Taxi journey to the hotel takes about 25–40 min depending on traffic and will cost approximately €40–60.
