Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations/changes received up to 7 September, 2026 – full refund less €50 handling fee.
Cancellations/changes received between 8 September, 2026 to 31 October, 2026 – 1 night’s cancellation charge.
Cancellations/changes received Between 1 November, 2026 to 3 December, 2026 – 2 nights cancellation charge
From 4 December, 2026 – no refund.
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing only to GTGL Global Events Ltd.

In the event of non-arrival, the reservation will be automatically released, and full payment will be non-refundable.
If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
