Prices are per room per night and includes taxes.

GTGL Global Events Ltd. is the official travel agent for the AMIT 2024 Symposium. All reservations should be made directly via GTGL Global Events Ltd. Early reservation is highly recommended.

Cancellation policy for accommodation:
Cancellations/changes received up to 7 July, 2024 – full refund less €50 handling fee.
Cancellations/changes received between 8 July, 2024 to 31 August, 2024 – 1 night’s cancellation charge.
Cancellations/changes received Between 1 September, 2024 to 13 October, 2024 – 2 nights cancellation charge
From 14 October, 2024 – no refund

In the event of non-arrival, the reservation will be automatically released, and full payment will be non-refundable.

If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
